Cordé is Senator Amidala's decoy at the opening of Attack of the Clones (2002), killed by the bomb on the landing platform on Coruscant that is meant for Padmé. She is played by Veronica Segura.
StarWars.com's guide to the handmaidens notes that she had "perfected Amidala's voice to the point that even a voice identifier couldn't tell the difference". The film gives her one line, delivered dying, and then moves on — which is exactly the register the assassination plot needs to establish that this trilogy will spend lives casually.
