Ennix Devian is a human Imperial hardliner and the leader of the faction calling itself the Restored Empire, created for Dark Horse's Crimson Empire II: Council of Blood (1998–99). He is a Star Wars Legends character.
His plan was to destroy Coruscant using the volatile substance zinethium, and to pin the attack on Kir Kanos. It failed on both counts. Kanos — who had until then been pursuing a blood oath that included killing Luke Skywalker — set the oath aside rather than let a planet die for it, was framed anyway, and defeated Devian regardless. Devian's function in the story is to be the thing that finally forces the last Royal Guard to choose between his vow and his conscience.
