Nahdar Vebb is a Mon Calamari Jedi Knight from Mon Cala, trained by Kit Fisto and introduced in the first season of The Clone Wars (2008), when master and former apprentice track General Grievous to his fortress together.
He is written as a specific product of the war: knighted quickly because the Order needed Knights, confident in his own power, and impatient with restraint in a way Fisto keeps trying to check.
