The Ninth Sister, formerly the Jedi Knight Masana Tide, is a Dowutin Inquisitor who first appears in Star Wars: Darth Vader #6 (Marvel Comics, October 2017) and later features in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (2019). She survived Order 66 and was captured, tortured and rebuilt — cybernetics replacing lost limbs — into the Empire's service.
Her distinguishing ability is empathic: she reads what a target feels, which is a grim skill for someone who was broken by people doing the same to her. Cal Kestis kills her on Coruscant in 9 BBY after reminding her who she used to be, a tactic the material presents as more destabilising than any blow. Canon.
