Omega is an unaltered, unaccelerated female clone of Jango Fett, created for Star Wars: The Bad Batch (2021) and voiced by Michelle Ang. She is introduced as a medical assistant on Kamino and leaves the planet with Clone Force 99 in the series' first episode.
What "unaltered" means
Every clone trooper carries two deliberate modifications: accelerated ageing and inhibitor conditioning. Omega has neither. She is genetically pure Jango Fett source material, ages at a normal rate, and cannot be made to obey Order 66 — which makes her, to the Empire's cloning programme, less a person than an intact master copy.
The show is about custody
The Bad Batch is nominally a soldiers-adrift series and actually a series about four damaged men raising a child while several organisations try to repossess her. That framing is what lets the show ask the question the Clone Wars material always circled: if the clones were property, what is Omega, and who decides?
Growing up in it
Across three seasons she goes from a passenger to the crew member who makes the call. The third season puts her inside Mount Tantiss, the Imperial cloning facility, and the escape she organises for the other children held there is the show's argument stated plainly — the Empire's science is a nursery with locks on it.
Where she sits in the wider story
Mount Tantiss and the genetic research the Empire pursues there connect the series forward to the cloning material in The Mandalorian and the interest a certain Moff takes in a certain child. The Bad Batch is the show that establishes why anyone in this galaxy would still be trying.
Sister and daughter
Technically Omega is Boba Fett's sibling and every clone trooper's, and the series lets the word "brother" do a great deal of quiet work. What it never does is make her a soldier. She is the one member of the squad who is not for anything.
