Rabé is one of Queen Amidala's handmaidens in The Phantom Menace (1999), played by Karol Cristina da Silva. StarWars.com's guide identifies her as the queen's wardrobe mistress and "the only handmaiden to have lines as herself" in the film — everyone else who speaks is either in character as the queen or silent.
