Adapted by Henry Gilroy and drawn by Jan Duursema, with painted covers by Tsuneo Sanda and a Drew Struzan photo-poster cover on the collection. Issues #1–2 both shipped on 24 April 2002. Dates in the issue table are documented release dates — Dark Horse printed no cover date on these comics.
