Star Wars: Legacy
A Sith empire rules the galaxy openly, the Jedi are hunted again, and the last Skywalker is a bounty hunter and spice addict who wants no part of any of it.
Fifty issues from June 2006 to August 2010 by John Ostrander and Jan Duursema, followed by a six-issue Legacy — War. The most interesting thing anyone ever did with the far future of this setting, and it was stranded when the continuity closed.
