Dopheld Mitaka is a human First Order lieutenant, played by Sebastian Armesto in The Force Awakens (2015). He topped his Academy class and was posted to the Star Destroyer Finalizer, which is a career footnote that the film uses for a single, very effective joke.
Sent to tell Kylo Ren that the droid carrying the map to Luke Skywalker had escaped Jakku with the help of a defecting stormtrooper, Mitaka watches Ren destroy a terminal, then supplies the additional detail that a girl was involved, and is dragged across the room by the throat for his trouble. He is the First Order's most relatable employee.
