EV-9D9 is the supervisor droid who processes C-3PO and R2-D2 into Jabba the Hutt's household in Return of the Jedi (1983), assigning duties in the palace's droid pool while a power droid is beaten on a rack behind her.
The scene lasts under a minute and does more world-building than most of the film. It establishes that droids can be tortured, that some droids enjoy it, and that Jabba's palace has a bureaucracy. She returns in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, running a cantina on Tatooine.
