Garsa Fwip is the Twi'lek owner of the Sanctuary, a cantina and gambling house in Mos Espa, played by Jennifer Beals in The Book of Boba Fett. She is one of the first people Boba Fett visits when establishing his claim on Jabba's former territory, and she pays tribute without argument.
She is killed when the Pyke Syndicate destroys the Sanctuary — a strike aimed at Fett that lands on a compliant business owner. The series uses her death to make an unglamorous point about protection rackets: the tribute buys nothing if the man collecting it cannot actually protect you.
