Hawk Ryo is a Twi'lek Je'daii Ranger of Clan Ryo, brother of the notorious Baron Volnos Ryo and brother-in-law of Temple Master Kora Ryo. On an expedition into the Chasm on Tython he and his friend Daegen Lok shared a vision of a terrible coming conflict.
Ryo did not report it. Lok was judged mad and exiled to the dark moon Bogan; Ryo kept his silence for years, and only admitted to sharing the vision once the war he had seen actually arrived. He then fought beside Lok against the Infinite Empire. He is a small character with one very large moral failure, which is more than most of the cast get.
