Ludo Kressh is a Sith Pureblood Sith Lord of the first Sith Empire, born in Sith space in the Outer Rim, and the rival of Naga Sadow for the throne left vacant by Marka Ragnos. He appears in Kevin J. Anderson's 1996 arc The Golden Age of the Sith for Dark Horse.
He is worth an entry because he loses an argument he should have won. When two Republic explorers stumble into Sith space by accident, Kressh's position is that the Sith should stay hidden and eliminate the witnesses; Sadow's is that the discovery is an opportunity. Sadow prevails, launches the Great Hyperspace War, and destroys the empire exactly as Kressh predicted. Star Wars Legends throughout.
