Oss Wilum is a Vultan Jedi Knight from Vulta, apprenticed to Master Thon, first appearing in Tales of the Jedi #3 (Dark Horse, 1993). He is part of the small circle of Jedi around Nomi Sunrider in the years before the Great Sith War.
During the war he is captured and held by Exar Kun's forces, and his rescue is one of the sequences the comics use to show what the Sith of this era actually did with prisoners. He is a minor figure, catalogued here because the Old Republic material has a deep bench that no other Star Wars era can match, and because a Vultan Jedi is exactly the kind of record an encyclopedia exists to keep.
