Tera Sinube is an elderly Cosian Jedi Master from Cosia, introduced in the second-season Clone Wars episode "Grievous Intrigue" (2010) and given his own showcase shortly afterwards, when Ahsoka Tano loses her lightsaber to a pickpocket on Coruscant.
That episode is a quiet argument with the whole prequel-era portrayal of the Jedi. Sinube is old, slow, uninterested in impressing anybody, and an expert on Coruscant's criminal underworld because he has spent decades paying attention to it. He recovers the weapon by talking to informants and waiting, and the lesson he hands Ahsoka — that impatience is the actual failure — lands harder than any duel in the season.
