Tionne Solusar is a Near-Human from Rindao, one of the first students at Luke Skywalker's praxeum on Yavin 4, introduced in Kevin J. Anderson's Dark Apprentice (Bantam, 1994). She is a scholar and a musician who sets the Order's history to song, and she is repeatedly described as having a modest connection to the Force compared with her peers.

That combination is why she matters. The Empire spent two decades destroying Jedi records; almost everything the old Order knew was gone. Tionne is the character who goes and finds it — holocrons, fragments, oral history, the Tales of the Jedi material about Nomi Sunrider and Ulic Qel-Droma — and turns it back into a curriculum.

She and Kam Solusar marry and jointly run the training of the next generation, which puts her at the centre of the Legends timeline for roughly forty years of in-universe history without ever being the protagonist of anything.

She is one of the best arguments Legends ever made about what a Jedi Order actually needs. Not more duellists — a librarian with a research budget and a very long attention span.
