Kassav Milliko is a Weequay from Sriluur and the third of the Nihil's Tempest Runners, commanding the corvette New Elite. Charles Soule, who created him for Light of the Jedi, has said he was among the easiest and most enjoyable characters in the book to write, which shows: he is cunning, vicious and permanently half a step from walking out.
He does not walk out. He stays loyal to Marchion Ro and is fed to the Battle of Kur in 232 BBY, dying aboard the New Elite in the Kur Nebula so that Ro can dispose of a Tempest he no longer needs. Neil Hellegers voices him in Tempest Runner.
