Stass Allie is a Tholothian Jedi Master, introduced in Attack of the Clones (2002) and played by Lily Nyamwasa. She takes a Council seat in Revenge of the Sith, and Legends material makes her a relative of Adi Gallia and a Jedi healer as much as a general.
She is one of the handful of Jedi whose Order 66 death is on screen in the film itself: riding a speeder bike on Saleucami between two clone escorts, who drop back and fire. Placed against Ki-Adi-Mundi on Mygeeto and Aayla Secura on Felucia, it is the montage doing the thing the whole trilogy has been building towards — the Jedi killed by the army the Jedi asked for.
