Pan Eyta is a Dowutin, born on Dowut around 431 BBY, and one of the three Tempest Runners who sit directly beneath the Eye of the Nihil. He commands the ship Elegencia and, unlike Kassav Milliko's rabble or Lourna Dee's sadists, runs an outfit that would pass for a competent private military.
That competence is what makes him dangerous to Marchion Ro, and it is why he does not survive Phase I: he dies in 231 BBY aboard the Restitution. He is voiced by Marc Thompson in Cavan Scott's audio drama Tempest Runner.
