Voice Intelligence · Bluefrog Intelligence Platform

Turn every customer call into business intelligence.

Your phone system already records the calls. Bluefrog reads them. Every conversation becomes a transcript, a summary, an intent, a bookability judgment, a booking outcome, a rubric score and a row in your CRM — automatically, on every call, without anyone listening to audio.

The Pipeline

A call is the highest-value data your business throws away.

Most companies keep recordings and review a handful of them a month. The other several thousand conversations — the ones that explain why revenue moved — are never read by anyone.

A call already contains everything management wants to know: what the customer needed, whether the request could have been booked, whether it actually was, how the conversation was handled, and what the customer was told. The problem has never been that the information doesn't exist. The problem is that it exists as audio, and audio doesn't aggregate, doesn't search, doesn't report and doesn't reach the CRM.

Bluefrog Voice Intelligence converts that audio into structured operational data and then keeps going — pushing it into the systems where decisions actually get made. Transcription is the first step, not the product. The product is what happens after the words exist: intent, category, bookability, booking outcome, evaluation, coaching signal, CRM record, and finally the connection to revenue intelligence.

It runs on the phone infrastructure you already have. We integrate with the call platform, the recording source and the CRM through their APIs — the same integration work Bluefrog has been doing since long before AI made it fashionable.

Illustrative call record. Field structure is configured per company.

Two questions that change everything.

Bookable asks whether the caller wanted something the business sells. Booked asks whether they got on the schedule. Separating those two fields is what turns a call log into a management tool, because the gap between them is the entire missed-opportunity problem — real demand that arrived, was answered, and left.

A call that wasn't bookable and wasn't booked is a vendor, a wrong number or an existing customer with a billing question. A call that was bookable and wasn't booked is lost revenue with a name and a phone number attached, and Bluefrog surfaces it the same day instead of at the end of the month.

The scoring block is AI rubric analysis applied to the same transcript. You define the standard — greeting, discovery, urgency, appointment attempt, confirmation, or whatever your operation actually measures — and every call gets evaluated against it with the supporting evidence attached. Your standards. AI-powered evaluation. Never a machine deciding who is a good employee.

Capabilities

Everything the Voice Intelligence module does.

Configured per company. Turn on what you need; extend the rest.

Transcription

Speaker-separated transcripts of inbound and outbound calls, stored, timestamped and tied to the customer record rather than sitting in a recording archive.

Translation In Development

Making non-English conversations readable and reportable in the language management works in. See AI voice translation for current status.

AI Summaries

A short, factual account of what was discussed and what was agreed — the note the CSR didn't have time to write, on every call instead of some calls.

Caller Intent

What the customer actually wanted: repair, replacement, estimate, warranty, billing, reschedule, complaint, recruiting, vendor, spam.

Categorization

Trade, service line, urgency, residential vs commercial, new vs existing customer — classification built around your business, not a generic taxonomy.

Bookability & Booking Detection

Was this a real opportunity, and did it convert? Two independent judgments that make conversion measurable at the conversation level.

Searchable Conversations

Search everything anyone ever said. Every mention of a competitor, a price objection, a recurring equipment failure or a specific promotion, across the whole archive.

Trend Analysis

Intent mix, booking rate and rubric performance over time — by team, by CSR, by service line, by lead source, by hour of day.

Missed-Opportunity Detection

Bookable calls that never booked, flagged with the reason and routed to a callback queue, an alert or an automated follow-up sequence.

CRM Integration

Results written back to ServiceTitan or your CRM as notes, tags, custom fields and tasks — where the team already works.

Coaching Opportunities

Specific, evidence-backed guidance per call and per person, so managers coach from examples instead of impressions. AI rep coaching →

Alerts & Automation

Trigger-based actions: escalate an angry call, notify a manager, open a task, start a follow-up. Automation intelligence →

Integration

The analysis is worthless if it lives in another dashboard.

Call intelligence products usually stop at a portal. Bluefrog is an AI systems integrator, so the output goes where the work happens: the summary lands on the job record, the intent becomes a tag, the missed opportunity becomes a task, the lead source travels with it, and the booking outcome joins ad spend and completed revenue in the same reporting layer.

That closed loop is the point. Marketing learns which channels produce bookable calls, not just calls. Operations learns which shifts convert. Content teams learn which questions customers keep asking, which feeds the AI Answer Hub using generalized topics only — never private customer information.

If the platform covers eighty percent of what your operation needs, we configure it. If the last twenty percent requires something that doesn't exist yet, we build it. That's custom AI development, and it's been the job description here since 1997.

AI is easy to access. Making it useful is hard.

Bluefrog makes AI useful by integrating it with the way your business actually works — your software, your calls, your customers, your marketing and your revenue.
