Your customer data,
working for you.
Most companies already hold everything they need to sell more: every call, every quote, every job, every conversation. It's just scattered across five systems. Bluefrog assembles it into one customer record — privately, securely, inside your own environment.
The customer is one person. Your data isn't.
The call lives in the phone system. The form lives in the website database. The text thread lives on a dispatcher's phone. The estimate lives in the field software. The invoice lives in accounting. Every one of those records is about the same human being, and none of them knows about the others.
Customer Intelligence is the integration work that fixes that. Bluefrog reads each system through its API, matches records on the identifiers that are actually reliable — phone, email, address, job history — and produces a single resolved customer with a complete timeline behind them. Nothing is retyped. Nothing is exported to a spreadsheet.
It's the same architecture described in AI systems integration, pointed at the customer instead of the campaign. Pair it with Marketing Intelligence and you can see where a customer came from and everything that happened after.
Every stage a lead can occupy — and every place it stalls.
Leads don't fail loudly. They sit in a stage nobody owns until the customer buys somewhere else. Bluefrog tracks the full lifecycle and raises the stages that are aging.
Stage is derived, not typed
Lifecycle stage comes from what actually happened in the systems — a call was answered, an estimate was issued, a job closed — not from whether someone remembered to update a dropdown in the CRM.
Aging is the alert
Every stage carries a clock. Estimates past your follow-up window, unanswered inbound calls, quoted-but-not-sold work and lapsed memberships surface as tasks and notifications rather than as a report nobody opens.
Follow-up is automated with context
Automation sends the message that fits the actual situation — the service discussed, the estimate outstanding, the property, the history. See automation intelligence.
One timeline. Every touch, in order.
Calls, forms, texts, emails, bookings, jobs, estimates and sales in a single chronological record — with AI summaries and intent attached, so nobody has to listen to a recording to find out what was agreed.

DAY 0Inbound call · Local Services Ads BookedAI summary: no-cooling call on upstairs system. Intent classified as service, service area confirmed, technician scheduled same week.
-
DAY 3Job completed · repairTechnician notes capacitor replacement and flags aging equipment. Record joined from the field system into the customer profile.
-
DAY 3Estimate issued · replacement option OpenEstimate enters the pipeline with an owner and a follow-up clock.
-
DAY 9Automated follow-up · SMSContext-aware message referencing the specific estimate. Delivered, not answered. Thread stored on the customer record.
-
DAY 16Inbound call · unanswered MissedDetected as an existing customer with an open estimate. Escalated to a named owner instead of a voicemail queue.

The cheapest lead you'll ever buy is one you already paid for.
Your database already contains people who called once and never booked, bought once and never returned, or were quoted and never followed up. Segmentation turns that list into campaigns with a reason behind them.
| Segment | Definition | Records | Signal | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Open estimates aging | Estimate issued, no decision, past follow-up window | 184 | Revenue at risk | Owner task + context-aware outreach |
| Quoted, not sold | Estimate declined or expired in the last 12 months | 412 | Warm | Seasonal re-offer on the same scope |
| Unbooked callers | Qualified inbound call, no appointment created | 263 | Leaked demand | Callback queue + call handling review |
| Lapsed maintenance | Membership or service plan expired, no renewal | 338 | Recoverable | Renewal sequence with service history |
| Aging equipment | Technician-noted equipment age past threshold | 521 | Future demand | Planned-replacement nurture |
| High-value repeat | Multiple jobs, above-median lifetime revenue | 196 | Retain | Priority routing and proactive service |
Customer intent, read from real conversations
Intent isn't a guess from a page view. It comes from what the customer said on the call, wrote in the form and asked in the text thread — classified by service type, urgency, decision stage and whether the work was priced. That classification is what makes a reactivation message relevant rather than generic.
Your customer data stays your customer data.
Customer records are the most sensitive asset a service business owns, and the engineering has to reflect that. Bluefrog builds these integrations the way we've built transaction and payment systems since the 1990s: scoped API credentials with least-privilege access, encrypted transport, environments isolated per client, access logging on record retrieval, and configurable retention rules.
Your data is integrated for your operation — it is not pooled with other companies' data, and it is not sold. Where AI reads customer content, it does so to produce summaries, intent and evaluation for you. Public-facing systems such as the AI Answer Hub only ever use generalized questions and topics, never private customer information.
If the platform covers most of what you need, we configure it. If your compliance, contractual or architectural requirements demand something specific, we build it — that's custom AI development and custom API integration.
AI is easy to access. Making it useful is hard.
Bluefrog makes AI useful by integrating it with the way your business actually works — your software, your calls, your customers, your marketing and your revenue.
