Tell us what you're trying to solve.

Not a lead-qualification script. A real conversation with the people who build the technology — about the systems you already run, the data trapped inside them, and what you actually want AI to do about it.

Bluefrog is an engineering company, not a call center. Whichever channel you use, the message lands with the team that would do the work.

Best for detail. Send the systems you run, the reports you rely on, and the thing that isn't connected today. Attachments and screenshots are welcome.

Best for a quick read on fit. Ten minutes is usually enough to tell whether a problem is a platform configuration, a custom build, or something you don't need us for at all.

What do you want AI to solve?

Check everything that applies, then tell us about your systems. We'll come back with how we'd wire it together — which parts the platform already handles, and which parts we'd build.

Your checked selections are submitted with the message. We use what you send to prepare for the conversation — nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no resale.

What Happens Next

Four steps, in this order, every time.

We don't scope integration work from a form. The form starts a conversation; the conversation produces the plan.

1

A real conversation

You talk with the people who build the technology — not an account executive relaying questions to an engineering team you never meet. We want to hear the problem in your words: what breaks, what's manual, what management can't see, what the reports don't answer.

2

Systems and goals review

We inventory what you actually run — field service software, CRM, phone system, ad platforms, websites, databases, spreadsheets nobody admits to — and what each one already knows. Then we separate the business goal from the software wish list. Those are different conversations, and confusing them is how AI projects fail.

3

Integration plan and proposal

You get a written plan: the connections, the data flow, what the Bluefrog Intelligence Platform configures out of existing modules, and what requires custom AI development. If the platform solves 80% of the problem, we customize the remaining 20%. If the technology doesn't exist, we say so and scope the build.

4

We build it

Integration, configuration, evaluation rubrics, dashboards, automations — deployed in phases against your live systems, with something usable early rather than one long silent build. Then we keep tuning it as your operation changes.

The questions that make the first call useful.

You don't need answers to any of this before you contact us — but if you already have them, the first conversation goes considerably faster. These are the inputs an AI systems integration plan is built from.

What software runs the business day to day? Where do leads arrive — calls, forms, chat, ad platforms, referrals? What happens to a lead between arriving and producing revenue, and who touches it along the way? Which numbers does leadership look at every Monday, and which ones take somebody an afternoon in a spreadsheet to produce?

If you run field service software, tell us which one. Our ServiceTitan integration work and the broader API integration practice cover most of what home services and multi-location operations run on. If you're somewhere else entirely — manufacturing, professional services, healthcare adjacent, a platform of your own — the architecture is the same; only the connectors change.

Fit

Worth a conversation if…

We'd rather tell you early that something isn't a fit than discover it three meetings in.

You already run real systems

Software that holds jobs, customers, calls, estimates, spend and revenue. Operational AI needs something operational to connect to — it reads your actual business, not a prompt. Start with what Operational AI means if that framing is new.

The answer spans more than one system

Ad platforms know they generated a click. Field service software knows a job produced revenue. If your hardest questions live in the gap between them, that gap is exactly what Revenue Intelligence and Marketing Intelligence were built to close.

You want the recording read, not stored

Thousands of customer conversations a year, a handful ever reviewed. AI call analysis and rubric evaluation apply your standards to every one of them — your standards, AI-powered evaluation.

Someone told you it can't be built

That has been the Bluefrog job description since 1997 — payments, real-time alerting, mobile platforms at scale, automation infrastructure, and now AI integration. See custom software development for how we approach work with no off-the-shelf answer.

Tell Us What You're Trying to Solve

AI is easy to access. Making it useful is hard.

Bluefrog makes AI useful by integrating it with the way your business actually works — your software, your calls, your customers, your marketing and your revenue.
