Marketing Intelligence

Beyond likes and clicks —
marketing measured in business outcomes.

Bluefrog connects Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, organic search, Google Business Profile, your website, calls, forms and SMS into one measurement layer — then follows each lead forward into what it actually produced.

The Measurement Gap

Every platform grades its own homework.

Google Ads reports conversions. Meta reports conversions. Your call tracking reports calls. Your CRM reports leads. Add them up and the total is always larger than the number of customers you actually gained — because each system is measuring the part of the journey it can see, in its own definition, on its own attribution window.

Marketing Intelligence is the layer that resolves that. Bluefrog pulls the raw data out of each platform through its API, normalizes it into one schema, de-duplicates the same human appearing in four systems, and joins it forward to the operational record — the booking, the job, the estimate, the sale. Only then does a channel comparison mean anything.

This is Operational AI applied to marketing: not a prettier report, but a connection between advertising activity and the business result that followed it.

What Gets Connected

Full funnel means every surface, not just the paid ones.

Bluefrog integrates with Google platforms, Meta and the communication systems around them. Paid media is one input. Organic search, your Google Business Profile, direct traffic, referrals and repeat customers are inputs too — and they get measured the same way.

Advertising Platforms

Campaign, ad group, keyword and creative-level spend, impressions, clicks and conversions pulled through platform APIs on a scheduled cadence.

Channel Comparison

The report that ends the argument.

One table, one definition of a lead, one definition of revenue, every channel on the same row structure. Cost per lead is where most reporting stops. Cost per customer — and the revenue that customer produced — is where marketing decisions actually get made.

Paid Search $21,400418274 191160$248,000 $134 Efficient

Lead ≠ customer

Meta produced more leads than Google Business Profile in this structure and roughly a third of the customers. A cost-per-lead report would have recommended the opposite decision.

Unpaid channels still cost something

Organic and profile-driven demand carry no media spend but real production cost. Bluefrog reports them beside paid channels so allocation conversations include all of it.

Quality is measured, not assumed

The qualified column comes from AI call analysis and form classification — intent, service type, service area, bookability — not from a form submit count.

Advertising Efficiency

Spend, leads and revenue on the same timeline.

The three lines belong on one chart. When spend rises and leads rise but revenue per lead falls, you are buying more of a cheaper customer — and that is a decision, not an accident.

Cost of Customer Acquisition by Channel

01

Attribution

This lead came from this campaign and produced this job.

02

Correlation

What happens to total revenue when total lead volume moves, regardless of source.

03

Efficiency

Cost per qualified lead, per booking and per customer — by channel and by campaign.

04

Allocation

Where the next dollar of budget produces the most revenue, not the most clicks.

What Management Actually Asks

Questions a channel report can't answer alone.

Once marketing, communication and operational data live in one model, the useful questions become answerable — and Bluefrog's AI business analyst can answer them in language instead of pivot tables.

  • Which campaigns produce customers who book the higher-value work?
  • Is paid search stabilizing demand in the weeks organic softens?
  • Are we paying twice for the same customer across two channels?
  • Which service areas convert at a rate that justifies more spend?
  • How much revenue is sitting in leads that were never followed up?

Marketing Intelligence pairs naturally with Revenue Intelligence on the outcome side and paid media management on the input side. When the platform covers most of it, we configure. When your operation needs something that doesn't exist yet, we build it — see custom dashboards and custom AI development.

Efficiency
Local Services Ads produced the lowest cost per customer this period at similar lead quality.
Watch
Paid social lead volume rose while qualified rate declined — intent is shifting, not improving.
Attention
A share of paid search calls went unanswered during peak hours and never re-entered the funnel.
Overlap
Duplicate contacts detected across two channels; customer counts corrected before allocation.
Opportunity
Organic demand is concentrated in service topics with no dedicated landing content.
