Jobber runs the work. We connect AI to everything around it.
Bluefrog integrates with Jobber’s API to join operational reality — requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices and clients — with the marketing, phone and customer systems that created the opportunity. One journey, from the ad that produced the call to the invoice that closed the job.
Your marketing stops at the lead.
Jobber starts at the request.
Nothing owns the space between them. That gap is where most small and mid-size trades businesses lose money they never see leave.
Jobber is very good at the thing it is built for: taking a request, turning it into a quote, scheduling the visits, running the job and getting the invoice out. What it does not know is where the request came from, how the call that produced it was handled, or what the same marketing dollar produced across every other request that month.
Bluefrog sits in the middle. We take the demand side — Google, Meta, organic, the Business Profile, the website, the phone system and forms — run it through AI call and lead intelligence, then match those records against Jobber clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices through Jobber’s API. Availability of specific fields depends on Jobber’s own API and the permissions on your account, so scoping is the first conversation we have, not the last.
What comes out the other side is one continuous record: this source produced this call, the call was handled this way, a request was created, a quote for this amount was sent, it was approved on day four, the visits ran, and this invoice was collected. Owners stop reconciling two reports that disagree, because there is only one journey.
Bluefrog integrates with Jobber’s public API. Bluefrog is an independent technology company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Jobber.
Four questions Jobber alone cannot answer.
Not because Jobber is missing anything — because the other half of the answer lives in systems Jobber was never meant to hold.
Quote-to-close analysis
A quote sent is not a job won. We track quote value against approval, time-to-approval and eventual invoiced amount, segmented by service type, by whoever wrote the quote and by the source that produced the request. Slow approvals and silent expirations are different failure modes — one is a follow-up problem, the other is pricing or scoping.
Unconverted request analysis
Requests that never became a quote are the quietest loss in the business. Nobody reports on them because nothing happened. We pull them out by age, service type and source, join them back to the original call or form submission, and read what was actually said — wrong service area, out of scope, price shock, or simply nobody followed up.
Revenue per lead by source
Cost per lead is a marketing number. Revenue per lead is a business number, and it frequently ranks channels in the opposite order. When invoiced revenue from Jobber sits in the same table as spend from Google and Meta, the budget conversation gets short and usually moves money away from the cheapest leads. See Revenue Intelligence.
Call evaluation tied to booked work
Every inbound call is transcribed, summarized and classified for intent and bookability, then scored against a rubric your leadership defines. Your standards; AI-powered evaluation. We then join the score to the Jobber record — did a request get created, did it become a quote, did the quote close — so coaching is grounded in booked work rather than opinions about tone. Same architecture. Different system of record.
We are not going to tell you which field service platform to run. We will tell you the integration work is the same shape either way.
Jobber and ServiceTitan serve overlapping trades at different scales. Jobber is common in smaller and mid-size operations where the owner is still close to the schedule; ServiceTitan tends to show up in larger contractors and multi-location rollups with dispatch boards and call centers. The vocabulary differs too: Jobber has requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices; ServiceTitan has bookings, dispatch, jobs, estimates and invoices.
The Bluefrog architecture does not change. Connect the system of record, resolve identity between marketing records and operational records, run AI comprehension and evaluation on top of the joined data, then act — dashboards, alerts, follow-up automation, write-back. Only the connector and the field mapping are specific to the platform. If you migrate from Jobber to ServiceTitan later, the reporting layer survives the move; we repoint the connector and keep the history.
If ServiceTitan is your system of record, start at ServiceTitan AI integration. For the wider view of how this applies across trades, see home services AI, and for the full list of systems we connect, see integrations.

Where the Bluefrog Intelligence Platform already covers the requirement, implementation is modular and fast. Where your operation is unusual — a second CRM, a home-grown scheduling tool, franchise reporting, an odd service taxonomy — we build the remaining piece. API integration and custom software have been the core of this company for more than twenty-five years.
Trades businesses already running on Jobber who want the rest of the picture.
If you have call recordings nobody has time to listen to, a stack of quotes nobody is chasing, requests aging in the queue, or a marketing report that cannot tell you what any of it was worth, the problem is rarely the software. It is that the systems have never been connected to each other. That is the entire job here — see home services marketing built on operational data and customer intelligence for what the connected client history makes possible.
AI is easy to access. Making it useful is hard.
Bluefrog makes AI useful by integrating it with the way your business actually works — your software, your calls, your customers, your marketing and your revenue.
