Which campaigns produce booked work — not just leads?
Conversion counts treat every form fill equally. Booking rate does not. A campaign can lead on volume and trail badly on the percentage that reaches a scheduled job.
What does a booked job actually cost by campaign?
Cost per conversion is a platform metric. Cost per booked job, and cost per dollar of completed revenue, are business metrics — and they frequently rank campaigns differently.
Are the calls being converted, or wasted?
When paid search generates calls that go unanswered, get mishandled or never receive a booking attempt, the media isn't failing — the handoff is. AI call analysis separates the two.

Teach the bidding what a good lead is.
Smart bidding optimizes toward the conversions it is given. If the only signal Google receives is "a form was submitted," the algorithm will efficiently manufacture more form submissions — including the ones nobody wants.
Once the journey is joined, the outcome becomes a signal. A lead that reached a booked, completed job with real value can be reported back as an offline conversion, with the value attached. The optimization target shifts from contact events to business events.
