Meta / Facebook Integration

Reach and engagement are not outcomes.
Bookings and revenue are.

Bluefrog connects Meta activity — campaign performance, lead forms, Messenger and Instagram conversations, page engagement — to the leads, bookings, sales and revenue recorded in your own systems, wherever that connection can honestly be made.

Beyond Likes and Clicks

Social reporting stops exactly where the business starts.

Impressions, reach, engagement rate and cost per click describe media delivery. They describe nothing about whether the company made money.

Meta's reporting is genuinely good at what it measures. It knows how many people saw an ad, how many engaged, how many submitted a lead form, and what that cost. What it cannot know is whether the person who submitted the form answered the phone, whether a technician was ever dispatched, or what the resulting job was worth six weeks later.

Those facts live in your CRM and your field or sales system. Bluefrog pulls Meta activity through the platform's APIs, writes it into the same data model that holds your calls, leads and jobs, and then matches forward — lead form submission to CRM contact, contact to booking, booking to completed revenue. The same architecture we use for Google Ads and Local Services Ads, applied to a channel that is usually reported in a completely different vocabulary.

The goal is not to make Meta look good or bad. It is to put social spend on the same scoreboard as every other channel so budget decisions are made on comparable terms.

What Gets Connected

Four kinds of Meta activity, one data model.

Advertising is only part of what happens on Meta. Conversations and organic activity generate real business too, and they are almost never measured.

Campaign Activity

Campaign, ad set, ad and creative-level spend, delivery and platform-reported results — stored historically so trends survive account restructures.

Leads

Lead form submissions delivered into your CRM with campaign and creative context attached, timestamped for response-time measurement.

Messages

Messenger and Instagram conversations — volume, response latency, intent classification and whether the conversation produced an appointment.

Engagement

Page and profile activity, post performance, reviews and recommendations — the organic surface that paid delivery runs alongside.

Illustrative data. The "matched to CRM" column is shown deliberately — it is never 100%, and reporting that pretends otherwise is not reporting.

Attribution, Honestly

Where identifiable. Not everywhere.

Social influence is real and only partly traceable. We build systems that say clearly which is which, because the alternative is a number nobody should trust.

What can usually be connected

  • Lead form submissions matched to a CRM contact
  • Click-to-call events matched to a tracked phone record
  • Messenger and Instagram conversations that produce a named contact
  • Landing page sessions that carry campaign parameters through to a form
  • Contacts that later appear as bookings, jobs or sales

What honestly cannot

  • Someone who saw an ad and searched your brand name a week later
  • A customer who called the main line after a friend shared a post
  • Cross-device journeys with no shared identifier
  • Anything limited by platform privacy controls or user consent choices
  • Influence that shows up as demand rather than as a click

Bluefrog reports matched outcomes as matched outcomes, and everything else as correlation. When social spend increases and branded search demand, direct calls and total booked revenue move with it, that relationship is worth measuring even when no individual record can be traced — and it should be labeled as what it is. AI business analysis handles that side: what changed, why it likely changed, and what needs attention. Attribution and correlation, kept separate.

What It Changes Operationally

Connected social data is an operations tool.

Once Meta activity lives in the same system as your leads and jobs, it stops being a monthly slide and starts driving daily decisions.

1

Response time becomes visible

Lead ads and DMs decay fast. Measuring minutes-to-first-response by source, and alerting when it slips, is usually worth more than another round of creative testing.

2

Creative gets judged on jobs

The ad with the best cost per lead and the ad with the best cost per completed job are frequently not the same ad. Only one of those comparisons pays the bills.

3

Follow-up gets automated

Unmatched or unworked Meta contacts can trigger sequenced follow-up, task creation and management alerts through automation intelligence.

Where the Bluefrog Intelligence Platform already covers the requirement, implementation is configuration. Where a business has an unusual CRM, a homegrown scheduling system or a data model nobody else supports, we build the remaining piece — that is what custom AI development and API integration exist for. If the platform solves 80% of the problem, we customize the other 20%.

AI is easy to access. Making it useful is hard.

Bluefrog makes AI useful by integrating it with the way your business actually works — your software, your calls, your customers, your marketing and your revenue.
