Who we are

Bluefrog Technology, LLC ("Bluefrog", "we", "us") operates bluefrog.ai. We are an AI systems integrator based in Scottsdale, Arizona, working also from Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma. For any privacy question, contact info@bluefrog.ai or (918) 808-2605.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — the contact form, a demo request or the "what do you want AI to solve" selector — we collect the fields you complete: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the nature of your enquiry, any interest categories you select, and the message you write.

Information collected automatically with a submission. When a form is submitted we also record the date and time, the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We record these to prevent abuse and to understand which pages generate enquiries.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, and are used for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect. This site does not run advertising pixels, marketing trackers or third-party analytics, and it does not build behavioral profiles of visitors. We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not set tracking or advertising cookies. A single session cookie is set only if you sign in to a private administrative area of the site; it exists to keep you signed in and is discarded when the session ends. Because we do not set tracking cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.

Third parties that may receive your IP address

Two services are loaded from external networks in order to display this site correctly, and by the nature of how browsers work they receive your IP address and basic request information when a page loads:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used on this site.
• jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the charting library used on pages that display example dashboards.

We do not send them your form submissions, and we do not use them to identify or track you. Their handling of the request data they receive is governed by their own policies.

How we use what we collect

• To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To prepare for and follow up on a demonstration or project discussion.
• To keep a record of business enquiries and how they arose.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your enquiry to train artificial intelligence models.

How it is stored and secured

Form submissions are written to a file on our web server that is not reachable from the public internet, and a copy is delivered to us by email and to a private, access-controlled dashboard. Administrative access requires a password. Data in transit to and from this site is encrypted using HTTPS.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We limit what we collect to what we actually need, which is the most effective protection we can offer.

How long we keep it

We retain business enquiries for as long as needed for the relationship they relate to, and afterwards for a reasonable period as a business record. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bluefrog.ai and we will respond.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still make any of the requests above.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where we process your information it is on the basis of your consent in submitting a form, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our site.

Client data is different from this policy

This policy covers information collected through the bluefrog.ai website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement — for example call recordings, CRM records or operational data inside a client's own systems. That processing is governed by the contract with that client, and the client remains the controller of their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
