SMS Terms

The program

Bluefrog Technology, LLC, which also does business as Holarctic, sends text messages from its business phone number, (480) 741-8081, to prospective and current clients. Messages are sent by our team or by an AI assistant that works on our behalf, and a person on our team can take over any conversation.

Bluefrog is a marketing, communications and AI technology company. We manage Google, Yelp and Meta advertising, build websites, provide business phone systems, set up AI voice and text-messaging assistants, and build reporting software for service businesses. What we send

• Replies to questions you send us by text, web form, email or phone.
• Scheduling, confirmations and reminders for consultations, demos and appointments.
• Updates about projects and services you have with us, such as launch notices and reports.
• Customer support and account notifications.

We send promotional messages only to people who have separately agreed to receive them.

Example: "Bluefrog: Hi Sam, thanks for reaching out. Does Tuesday at 10am work for a quick call about your Google Ads? Reply STOP to opt out."

How you opt in

• By checking the text-message consent box when you submit a form on bluefrog.ai. The box is optional and is never checked for you.
• By texting our business number first.
• By asking us, in person, by phone or by email, to contact you by text.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation and the services you have with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop messages or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
• Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@bluefrog.ai or (480) 741-8081.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
